What would you suggest to deter monkeys from raiding the garden?

Detering monkeys in garden
by: Gardenlove

You must have fruit trees in your garden because I only remember monkeys in fruit trees surrounding our place. Nice to watch playing, but they used to scatter when our two dogs chased and barked at them.

Here are some suggestions:
You could put netting over anything in your garden that fruits like tomatoes and vines.
Try leaving out fruit for them to eat nearby
Get a dog or two
Have a hose handy
Put a solar powered electric fence around garden.
There may be some other animals dropping you can put around your garden border. You can buy animal repellant urine and ... I think from tigers or other hunting beasts to scare off deer, so it might work for monkeys. Have fun!
