If the tops have sealed perfectly, then there should be no harm with bubbles. The temperature would have sterilised both the air and liquid in the jars and the then the effect of the vacuum formed means there are no harmful germs left or means to form. That's my understanding - but time will prove whether your preserves will keep.
It's a good idea to poke a plastic or non-metal spoon or utensil carefully down the side of your jars to release any bubbles before you put on the seals. ~ Megan ~
