I saw on comp that you should remove the larger leaves of rhubarb because of high water content. Is this true? Thank you

Rhubarb Leaves

Rhubarb grows beautifully with all its leaves intact. There is no reason to remove them for the plant's sake.

Rhubarb leaves do contain a poison, though, so you should remove the leaves before consuming the stalks. This has nothing to do with water, though, so I don't know where that concern came from.
