I have planted ring guard plant in pot on my terrece.it has started growing and some guard are growing but they are dying very small.not growing big.

Ravindra, you put ring guard in your question, but I presume you mean ridge gourd which is a species of okra I think.

These plants need lots of nutrition and water when growing, especially if confined in a container, otherwise they won't be able to produce the abundant fruit they are known for.

I can't grow okra where I live in NZ because the climate isn't hot enough, but my Indian friend, Prachi, tells me that okra is very popular in India.

Maybe other readers have experience growing these plants, if so it would be good to hear from them. ~ Megan
