Home grown pickled onions

Pickled onions are coming along.

Just made these pickled onions. Used a few of my own spices and herbs in the mix. I have a good crop of pepper and put in some green pepper corns as well as bay leaves. Also put in a couple of my yellow chillies.

Took the shot out at the herb garden to add a bit of effect.
