Why squash have no flavour
by: Megan

Depending on which sort of squash you mean, it can be the variety or particularly with summer squash such as zucchinis, you have kept them too long and they've grown big and flavorless.

Most squash varieties go well with some seasoning when cooked, such as cheese, salt and pepper and many different herbs or sauces. So if you have squash that are too big, try some stuffing and baking recipes… something like a mixture of cooked rice or fish, meat, herbs, other veggies, then bake until soft.
