Purple King Beans flowering but no beans

Have grown purple king beans every summer for many years in North East Victoria. This year plants are healthy and over 2 meters tall with lots of flowers but no beans. Too hot this year?

You could be growing a late variety, and in my experience sometimes high temperatures with humidity makes flowers drop before producing.
Make sure you give regular waterings and keep on waiting!! If you have flowers, unless they drop, then beans will come.
