Shade growing for veg NEW

Hey don't grow some herbs in shade, except mints and parsley. All my other herbs love the most sun they can get.
Where I live, I can't grow lots of veg in full sun because it's too hot, and sometimes even then no luck. These are most the leafy green ones like spinach and chard, lettuces. Peas, nope they like it cool, so a bit of shade for them too. Don't grow any melons or tomatoes in shade, they wont fruit properly. See what your neighbors are growing helps. R
