Sometimes with tomatoes the first fruits aren't quite right, but any problems sort themselves out as you get into the main crop.

Mealy tomatoes aren't nice, they either have hard white bits and mushy bits and/or they collapse in a watery, seedy mix when you cut into them.

Make sure your watering is even so the soil doesn't dry out or remain waterlogged each day. Also make sure each plant has enough soil and nutrients to spread their roots and get plenty of food for growth and production.
